For many years during the autumn and winter months, the Athenaeum Children’s Library offered a Saturday morning film series, an extremely popular program for families with young children. We are happy to announce that starting again in November, we will be showing children’s short films on Saturday mornings.

The films will be shown on a screen in the Children’s Library using a video projector. Our selections will be appropriate for all ages and consist primarily of literature based titles (picture books) with classic animation and live action shorts as well. It is our sincere hope that during the upcoming chilly days of winter all our budding film buffs will delight in a cozy morning at the Athenaeum.
